Local SEO case study · Restoration group
Local SEO across four related restoration brands without them competing
The challenge
Four related brands covering restoration, environmental testing, renovation and leak detection needed visibility without competing with each other for the same searches.
The approach
When several brands share an owner, it’s easy for them to chase the same keywords and split their own results. Each brand was given a clear lane: its own core services, keywords and profile focus, with links between them where it genuinely helps customers.
What I did
- Separate keyword and service focus for each brand
- Google Business Profile management for each brand
- Location and service page structure
- Ongoing local SEO reporting per brand
Services used in this project
Multi-location SEO
Each branch needs its own profile, page and local signals, set up so locations support each other instead of competing.
