How I got here

I've worked in SEO and digital content for 8 years. Since 2022 I've led local SEO delivery at WEBTOUCH, an Australian SEO and digital marketing agency, running a team of 7–10 people across 15–18 client accounts at a time. The clients have ranged from home improvement and restoration companies to salons, med spas, HVAC contractors, plastic surgeons and accounting firms, and brands like Green Planet Restoration, Bizdify and Catsy.com.

Over time, the work grew past rankings. A business can rank well and still lose customers to slow replies, thin reviews or a website that doesn't convert. So I added paid ads, review systems, websites, GoHighLevel and AI automation to what I do.
